What is the Contact Care Lifeline?

Contact Care offers the complete personal reassurance solution, for the young and elderly alike. The service enables you to get help by pressing a single button.
This automatically connects you to a fully trained operator who cares about your health and well-being at our 24 hour response centre.
The operator will speak to you to find out what kind of help you need and act appropriately. If you are unable to speak, our operators are trained to send help immediately.

What is the cost? £2.90 per week, one off installation cost £30.00
How do I call for help?

Whenever you need assistance, anywhere in your home or garden, simply press your Lifeline personal response button. The lightweight and waterproof button is easy to wear. Help can also be summoned from the Lifeline home unit itself.
Do I need any special equipment? No, the Lifeline home unit is simply plugged into an electric socket and existing telephone line.
